Research Interests:
His research interests includes mechanism-based and sensor-based modeling and analysis of manufacturing systems for process monitoring/control, system diagnostics/prognostics, quality improvement, and performance optimization,containing the method of probability theory, statistics, random process, industrial big data analysis, optimization algorithm, and machine learning.
Biography:
Zhenggeng Ye received his Ph.D degree in management science and engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University(NPU), Xi’an, China in 2021, received his B.E. degree and M.E. degree in mechanical engineering from Henan University of Science and Technology in 2012 and Jilin University in 2015, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering with the School of Management, Zhengzhou University, China. He was also a visiting scholar at Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University from 2019 to 2021. Besides, he was also an assistant engineer at 713 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation from 2015 to 2018.
